so far so good this week…missed out on a tuesday run because of monday night’s excitement but made up for it by doing two work outs yesterday – a 3mile run in the AM, and 2.5 miles of hills after work. we did a slow 2 miles before work today, and are gearing up for a 90 minute run tomorrow morning. it’ll be nice to get a good long run under our belts – even if it is slow as molasses…it’s been tough to realize that i’m not (we’re not) in the shape we were a few months ago and it’ll be a longer process than i want to get into race shape, but that’s what training’s for, i suppose.
